Cameroon Northwest Women of Georgia (CAMNOWGA)

Founded in 2016, Cameroon Northwest Women of Georgia (CAMNOWGA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. We are committed to empowering women, supporting children, and preserving African cultural heritage.

In response to ongoing conflict in Cameroon’s North West and South West regions, CAMNOWGA advocates for displaced women and children while creating pathways to economic empowerment, education, and hope. As women and mothers, we take action—locally and globally—to uplift vulnerable communities.

Through cultural programs, community outreach, and support networks, we provide opportunities for education, mentorship, employment, and cultural learning for Northwest women and families in Georgia and Cameroon.
